Service Manual Onan P216g Performer 16
Hey guys, I need some help. 2017 mercury 125hp 2 stroke manual. I have a Miller Bobcat 225G with a Onan Performer 16XSL engine, it was bought new in 1991 or 92 and has been in our family ever since. This past week I have been having some engine issues with it but can't find an engine manual or parts list anywere.

I have a Owners manual for the welder but nothing on the engine. Does anyone know were I could find one? Jimthis would be a P216 series engine. There should be a dataplate on the engine like on this example Examples of Onan Model & Spec Number: P216G-I/11077D Or B48M-GA018/4107A Here is a link to the Onan 'Master' service manual. That predates your model but the troubleshooting info is common to all small engines so you might find it useful. Here is a link to the Cummins-Onan site.
